Legend of Roro Jonggrang

Once upon a time, there stood an enormous empire called Prambanan. Prambanan people are very peaceful and prosperous under the leadership of the king named Prabu Baka. The small kingdoms in the area around Prambanan are also very subservient and respectful of the King Prabu Baka leadership.

Meanwhile, in another place, there is one kingdom that is not less magnitude with the kingdom of Prambanan, the kingdom Pengging. The kingdom is known to be very arrogant and wants to always expand its territory. Pengging Kingdom has a powerful knight named Bondowoso. He has a magic weapon called Bandung, so Bondowoso is known as Bandung Bondowoso. Besides having a powerful weapon, Bandung Bondowoso also has a Jin army. The army used Bandung Bondowoso to help him to attack other kingdoms and fulfill all his wishes.

Until Once, Raja Pengging who arrogantly called Bandung Bondowoso. King Pengging then ordered Bandung Bondowoso to attack the Kingdom of Prambanan. The next day Bandung Bondowoso summoned his Jin in form of assembly, and immediately departed for the kingdom of Prambanan.

Arriving at Prambanan, they immediately burst into the palace of Prambanan. King Baka and his army are foggy, because they lack preparation. Finally Bandung Bondowoso succeeded in occupying the Prambanan Kingdom, and King Baka was killed by exposed weapons Bandung Bondowoso.

The victory of Bandung Bondowoso and his troops was greeted happily by Raja Pengging. Then King Pengging also mandated Bandung Bondowoso to occupy Prambanan Palace and take care of all its contents, including the family of King Baka.

At the time of Bandung Bondowoso lived in the Royal Palace of Prambanan, he saw a very beautiful woman. The woman is Roro Jonggrang, the daughter of Prabu Baka. When I saw Roro Jonggrang, Bandung Bondowoso began to fall in love. Without thinking again, Bandung Bondowoso directly call and apply Roro Jonggrang.
