Once a monk was traveling from one town to another town with a few of his followers.When he was traveling he approached a lake and he told one of his disciple that he is thirsty, then bring water for him from nearby lake.The disciple walked up to the lake. When he reached it, he noticed that some people were washing clothes in the water and, right at that moment, a bullock cart started crossing the lake right at the edge of it. As the result the water was filled with mud and the water was dirty.
The disciple thought that how can he give the mud water to his master to drink.Then he went to his master and said that the water is filled with mud and the water is not potable for drink. The master listened to the disciple and said that he will rest some time with this tree.After some time, the master rose from his rest and asked the disciple to take water to drink from the lake.When the disciples approached, they saw that the mud was sitting inside the water and the water was cleaned so that he could fill the water on a vessel and gave to the master to drink.
The master looked at the water and then he looked up at the disciple and said see you let the water be and the mud settled down on its own.you got a clear water it doesn't required any effort.

Moral of the story-:
Human mind also like that when it is distribute, just let be give a little time.it will settle down own its own.you don't have to put it any effort to calm it down.we can judge and take the best decision of our life when we stay calm.
