Okay, this is pretty funny! When word spread that a Vaporeon, one of the rarest Pokemon there are, had appeared in Central Park at around 11pm ET, the people of New York City went absolutely nuts. And of course by “people” we mean Poke Masters!
In the video above, a bystander captured the chaos as people swarmed Central Park to find the alleged Vaporeon. Cars were backed up in the streets, and you’ll even notice one driver just get out of his car and run into the park. Really, guys?
As the video shows, it didn’t end there. The man recording couldn’t stop laughing as he panned around to show that more and more people were flooding the park, causing a stampede as they crossed the crowded street and headed into the dark park to find the rare Pokemon. It was total insanity!
