Here I will tell you a little about this coin: it was minted in commemoration of the 500 years of Christopher Columbus' trip to the New World. On the front side it has the main inscription, the face of Christopher Columbus and on the back the secondary motifs of the three caravels of Columbus' journey to reach America: La Pinta, La Niña and Santa María. This coin was endorsed by The Nationatl Italian American Foundation to celebrate the discovery of America that was a great impact for history.
