Three years ago, I had the opportunity to document a behind-the-scenes experience of a one-off custom race car body hand-lettering assignment at a friend's sign shop. For eight straight days, I shadowed my friend with multiple cameras rolling, recording hours and hours of footage. It was my first attempt at such a project, and I pretty much just rolled with a presentation concept in my head; I had plenty of time to think about the story line as I watched the paint dry. I returned home on Saturday night, loaded up on coffee, and proceeded to edit this piece for the next 48 hours. By Tuesday morning, the video was uploaded and my supplemental story was written. The video and story originally debuted here: BangShift.com
And now I share it with all of you. Enjoy! Dawn
