I took this book of the series with extreme excitement so I can not tell. The war with Nilfgaard made me very curious. I was writing my own war scenarios. I should read the book as soon as possible and go to war.knight-3038799_1920.jpg
But as I read the book, I was disappointed. Because when the book was over there was neither war nor any exciting thing. We made every piece to be a war. We identified places, we knew people, we learned some events. But come see something is missing. It is also a war.
The book is much better in terms of event sequencing and narrative than the second book. Officially, there have been apprenticeship, craftsmanship and mastery. This book is already the beginning of the events. Now we have begun the first book of a normal series. There is an extreme depiction in the book. So the 3rd book is written for the description, not for the event. It's probably written to prepare the appropriate environment for the future war.
It turns out that Triss is alive as I expected in this book. The stories about her are really worth reading. The reader meets Philippa. In the book there is a lot of information about the magician council, countries, kings, systems.
