Why Being a Doer Sometimes Goes Against You

in story •  7 years ago

I don't think that everyone should necessarily be a doer. Instead, I believe that doers and thinkers can complement each other well. When it comes to socializing, I am a thinker while my husband is a doer -- when it comes to careers and life goals, the opposite is true. We both push each other to constantly expand our horizons. If we were doers in both areas of our lives, I believe we would have a lot of conflict as to how things should get done!

I agree with you but my story is different. I am a doer and a thinker in everything while my husband is hardly in any so it puts pressure on me. Not complaining here or saying things against my husband; love him a lot. Just stating my case.
