We all have done one thing or the other in the past that when look back to, we feel we shouldnt have done it or we are glad we did it and we learnt from it it.

We shouldnt allow the past get in the way of our future but there is no how we will do it. Our past has one or two roles in playing to determine our future. For Example someone that did not attend a law school can never become a lawyer.

My Story

When i was in Junior school years back. There was a teacher of mine then. There was a day he came into the class. It was a biology class if i could remember correctly. We were done for the class for the day so we were discussing about sex because it was related to the topic we had that day.

Someone asked a question in the class. He asked why some people sleep with animals. He was like what was the point of that since he will not derive any satisfaction. As young boy i thought of that too. Since when we did reproduction in the class, our teacher did not use a man and a goat as illustration. He used a man and a woman. So we were thinking it was absurd.

The teacher said that the satisfaction is psychology. He said the person has made his mind believe that he was having fun. And by that he will derive the satisfaction he wants.
We were all surprised. I didn't know anything about that though.

The teacher made us believe that even if it is an intercourse between a man and a woman and their minds are not in what they are doing, there is no way they would derive satisfaction.

This was what he said that changed everything

He said one can even gain satisfaction without having sex. He called it masturbation. Whatever that was then. Just one person in the knew what that was as every other person were looking at each other. He said masturbation is satisfying oneself sexually. We all asked how? And he said it can be done different ways depending on the person and one of the ways was using Vaseline.

He said to achieve this, one would rub their private parts with Vaseline and he warned us to to try. But he actually said that for his pocket.
Me that my mind was not in the class again. I was already thinking of how to do it.

After prep in the evening, we all went to our hostel. When everybody were asleep i took my Vaseline and went to the back of the hostel. I used the Vaseline to rub my manhood. It became stiff as i was rubbing it up and down. I did that for a long time. It was taking longer than i thought and it was already paining me.

With disappointment i stopped what i was doing and i went to sleep. The next morning when i woke up, i was feeling pains not really that much but it was a bit uncomfortable. When i went to the toilet to ease myself, i discovered that my manhood has swollen.

Jesus Christ, what is this.
I said to myself you brought this upon yourself.
I was ashamed of myself. I couldn't tell anyone. It was a very painful experience as i went through some difficulties in using it perform other necessary activities. It took a while before it could go back to the way it was.

I cannot say that i regret that it happened. All i can say is that i learnt from it and i am glad i did.
