Cara membuat tumis sayur labu siam beserta sayur lainnya
Bahanya yaitu..
1.labu siiam di kupas dan potong sesuai selera
2.wortel dikupas dan dipotong selera
3.begitu juga dengan buah kentang di kupas dan diptong sesuai selera
4.terong kampung atapun bahasa aceh bohtrung cawing
Bahan untuk menumis..
-bawang merah di cincang
-bawang putih
-tomat
-cabe kecil
-cabe hijau
-lengkuas di geprek
Cara membuatnya. Panaskan minyak goreng, lalu tumis bumbu tersebut sehingga harum, tambahkan garam dan lengkuas lalu masukan labu siam dan tambahkan sedikit air..
Lalu barulah masukan kentang, wortel dan bohtrung cawing/terong kampung. Aduk sehingga merata tunggu beberapa menit icip rasa sesuai selera dan matikan api dan siap diangkat..
