Not that I'm really into pleasing people, but I can't still say I don't care about people's feelings. I know those awkward moments can be really awkward but then you never can tell where that will lead to. Also you don't know if the other person will just step out of their program and tell you sincerely how they really are. So how about we stay a little optimistic of people, huh?

totally agree with you, @fearless97 .. but isn't the article about actually "caring" about people's feelings, instead of just thinking about "myself" and trying to find an escape. Perhaps I framed it in a way that it wasn't fully clear.. but that was the original intention of it...
