Marriage is one of the most important basic principles of life in association that is useful for regulating the lives of households and descendants. In Indonesia, the legal basis of marriage is to use Law Number 1 Year 1974 and Compilation of Islamic Law.
According to Law No. 1 1974, marriage is the inner bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife in order to form a happy and eternal family (household) based on the One Godhead. Marriage or marriage is a form of formal and sacred agreement between the two partners.
