On September 8, Venezuelans celebrated World Arepa Day, an idea promoted since 2012. There are 8 years of celebration of one of the most important typical dishes of Venezuela.
The arepa is located before the arrival of the Spaniards. The Cumanagotos called it "erepa", the round corn bread, which was the staple food in the diet of the Indians.
Arepa Day was celebrated in different parts of the world. From Japan to New York consumers enjoyed this round-shaped food that can be filled with cheese, meat, chicken or even vegetables.
In Miami, the Harina Pan Food Truck, which has toured 8 cities in the United States, came to Wynwood to offer tasters the best versions of the arepa
