The Artistic Side of Him

There are just times when your brain can no longer afford to think. Of all the stress and pressures at work, all you want is just to sit and relax, a little pampering. With that, I decided not to post a thing on Steeemit today. Then, my son came in and showed me his little works of art.

He likes to draw. That's what I observed since he was 3 years old.
He sweetly asked me, "Nindot Ma?" Can you just imagine his need to be praised? Yes, our children need to hear words like "very good anak", "good job", "ka nice gud ani" .Words like these can help boost their self - confidence and self - esteem. Just as we are proud of them, they too willl be proud of themselves.

I would like to commend my son's teachers for pushing him to show his talent. They have helped him develop his artistic side by sending him to poster-making contests. Infact, he won first place in last year's contest.
It is important as parents to support our children's interests and likes. After all, they are our children. Whatever success they may achieve, it's good to know that we have been part of it.
