LET ANGER GO

Anger has an expiry date, yet many of us enjoy letting it surface even when we know that it becomes poisonous soon after it's shelf life is way past. Would you happily drink milk that was carried and expiry date 1 month before the day you are holding it in your hands?

I guess not.

So why then do you continually fan the flames of your ill-gotten anger pangs. Never let the sun go down and rise up on your anger because firstly, it is very unhealthy and also it is about to make you very ugly. I am sure we all have read somewhere that it takes more facial nerves to frown than it takes to smile. So why would you want to risk your pretty face simply because Mark got you pissed beyond human comprehension?

Choosing to let go makes you a better person and shows you are the bigger and more mature person. Let me also add that it aids you to live a longer and happier life.

The funniest part is when someone gets you offended and sometimes is even unaware of the fact that his/her actions got you pissed, yet on your end, you keep rehearsing the story to those around you; getting angrier with every new person you tell till you get completely mad. Not knowing that the person who was the reason for your madness is sipping some good wine somewhere in the Bahamas.

Choose to live happily every day.
