Escaping the law in my Uni:Part 1

I go to a private university here in Nigeria and for those who didn't know, private university life in Nigeria is basically like still being in secondary school. This is cuz of all the very many rules one still has to follow .
One thing about life tho is that we tend to break some rules when they don't satisfy us. Unfortunately for me most of the rules in my school don't satisfy me. There's one particularly annoying one which is the fact that we have to go to church almost everyday, regardless of if you want to or if you have to do something else.
There was a day that we had a service in church that I didn't go for , I just stayed in my room in the hostel. During most church services ,some specially assigned students are sent to search the hostels for people who have decided to break the rule by not going to church. I was using the school WiFi to browse but unknown to me they used that to catch people who are still hanging in the hostels during service
So they tracked me and went to my room to bust me but fortunately for me , I wasn't in my actual room, I was in a friend's room . They got to my room and found someone else and the person had to take the fall.
That's how I evaded the law on this specific occasion.
