Steemit friends that I pray for are always in a healthy state in carrying out daily activities. This time I will share a little story about the banana heart for our daily meal as an additional menu. Hopefully useful for all of us there is a plan to konsonsusmsinya.
Banana heart is used to complement the vegetables of the mothers in cooking. Ordinary jatung banana is a mainstay of mothers to serve their husbands respectively. Teman - teman steemit yang saya doakan selalu dalam keadaan yang sehat dalam menjalankan aktifitas sehari-hari. Kali ini saya akan berbagi cerita sedikit tentang jantung pisang untuk kita makan sehari-hari sebagai menu tambahan. Semoga berguna untuk kita semua yang ada rencana untuk mengkonsusmsinya.
Jantung pisang biasa digunakan untuk pelengkap sayur-sayuran para ibu-ibu dalam memasak. Biasa jatung pisang ini menjadi andalan ibu-ibu untuk menghidangkan kepada suami mereka masing-masing. Rasanya memang agak lemak kalau sudah dimasak secara matang. Selain memiliki kasiat untuk menyembuhkan orang ynag lagi menderita diare, jantung pisang ini dimasak sebagai kuah pliek, kalau kata orang aceh.
Sebenarnya kalau kita lihat historynya, tidak ada yang lebih dengan jantung pisang ini, selain rasanya pahit juga memiliki getah yang membahayakan untuk baju yang warna putih. Tapi apa boleh dikata, memang kaum ibu sangat menyukainya, bahkan dari laki-laki sendiri juga sangat menikmati sebagai menu tambahan kuah sayur.

Steemit vriende waarvoor ek bid, is altyd in 'n gesonde toestand in daaglikse aktiwiteite. Hierdie keer sal ek 'n klein storie oor die piesanghart vir ons daaglikse maaltyd as 'n bykomende spyskaart deel. Hopelik nuttig vir almal van ons is daar 'n plan vir konsonsusmsinya.
Piesanghart word gebruik om die groente van die moeders in die kombuis aan te vul. Gewone jatung piesang is 'n steunpilaar van moeders om hul mans onderskeidelik te dien. Dit voel effens vet wanneer dit deeglik gekook word. Benewens kasiat om mense te genees, ly ynag weer aan diarree, word die hart van piesang gekook as souspiek, as die woord aceh.
Eintlik as ons na die geskiedenis kyk, is daar niks meer met hierdie piesanghart nie, behalwe dat dit bitter ook 'n gevaarlike sap vir 'n wit hemp het. Maar wat gesê kan word, die moeders het dit liefgehad, selfs van die mans self geniet hulle ook die ekstra spysensous.
