We all know about floods in Bangladesh almost every year. To deal with the problems arising out of the flood water, the NGOs called the Siddhulai Swanirvar Sangh gave a brilliant idea - they made floating lodging schools and health centers in the water. Many of us may know about this program. There are approximately 100 schools in this organization. Each of these boat-schools has a laptop, and schools run solar power.

Interestingly, these boats work as schools and school buses simultaneously. There is no doubt about the effective effectiveness of riverine Bangladesh. The boat is in the ghats, the students walk around the banks on the banks of the river, and then the class is organized at any one place. One group was dropped down to their house when the classes were completed and another group was lifted. Since the beginning of this program in 2002, about 70,000 students have been benefited till now.
