ME VERSUS MYSELF

Sitting on the bench,lost in the deep thoughts.All I could hear was the voice inside me.How long will I have to suffer?How long will my agony live inside me ?How long will my inner self be kept reclusive?
To block the burning sun,we turn our face away.In rain,we run in search of shelter.But what to do when the turmoil is inside you?This war between you and yourself has its roots in eternity and retains its uniqueness-within you.
The battlefield is as small as the heart and as vast as our sight.The battle as clean and bloodless as the very soul,yet as decisive and divesting as a miniature Armageddon and it continues-because there is no way to stop it,except by letting one win and other die.

"What do you want?Can't you go away and let me live?Then i heard my inner voice yell.Live?Is this fake sculpture of any benefit?Go,tell the world that I am scattered,my conscience us bruised,my soul is intoxicated and battered.Tell them,I die each day I live".To this I answered.Why?What is the urge?Let the time come.And may be,before my world stands still,all will get better.The voice said,No matter how much you dig and scrub things inside me,I will burst out one day.Tell the world your hidden fears,your endless tears,your innocent desires and your unrevealed ideas.Tell the world what you carry in your soul.How long will you hide behind that fake smile?And it was then that I felt something warm burning my cheek in the cold winter breeze...a tear.

From afar I heard a voice calling my name.It was too late in the night .I quickly wiped the tear off my face.There I was once again ,in the real world with a smile on my face.There I was once again ,killing my inner self,just to live another day.
