THE GREAT EXIT OF ALAGBANDA OF AGBANDA LAND

The Alagbanda of Agbada Is Gone,
The people of agbanda,
Both the men and woman,
The great loin is dead,
While the forest remain silent,
The mighty Elephant has gone,
And the jungle remain sober,
The one and only amuludun,
Fijabi is gone,
He leaves the throne of his father,
And the crown render useless,
The royal staff looked for his beholder,
His horsetail whisk,
For the new unknown land,
To the people of Agbanda,
Fijabi has now gone to meet his forefathers,
And to join his ancestors!!!
He who has gone, so we but cherish his memory, abides with us, more potent, nay, more present than the living man.
Till we meet again.... As the people of Agbanda mourn their late king.

It's as if this message was purposely written for Karuma alone, Alaago, the town crier went straight to Karuma's mud house to pass the sudden information to the whole villagers that their king, Fijabi has gone to join his ancestors. Fijabi had rule over agbanda village for about one hundred years, it can be surprising for some stranger in this village how a king would rule for about a hundred years. This thought becomes the very point of subjects in their mind before it was revealed that Fijabi becomes the king of agbanda at his tender age of twenty.

Passers-by could not go without hearing the end of the message, the alaago's voice broke the silence and make the like a graveyard:
Shouting on top of his voice saying;
"Dare people of Agbanda:"
As the culture of our land demands,
No man should go to the farm,
No woman should go to the market,
No child should dear goes to the Latoro stream
There should be no cooking and eating,
For a whole week.

Fijabi our great king deserve the honor of a peaceful exit, immediately he delivered the message he disappeared like he used a magic, how on hell can he walk so swiftly at his old age was a big mystery and wanders them all.

Fijabi grown extra skin and malnourished neck could vividly show that he his the oldest man in the village, the late king fijabi knew the whole history of the land than any other person and also the story of Ayanga, the person that generate and instructed the village, fijabi also knew the history of the great and lanky Dagunro, the one who went to get the royal crown and the stool in the evil forest from the spirits realms, it is said that it took him more than a year before he achieved his mission in the forest and came back home.

The people dared not chose another king except him it's prohibited, beside an adage says "a life dog does not go to play around the corpse of a lion" hmm, lets assumed they've chosen another king! The lanky Dagunro would have swallowed the whole villagers alive.
