Writing two sentence stories is a great way to learn how to filter your storytelling to the absolute core. Last week, I challenged the community to write some 2 sentence sci-fi about Blockchain. Three of the authors who participated were chosen to receive a prize of 10 STEEM for their stories, but all the authors who participated made it a great experience.
In no particular order, here are the three selected sci-fi slam stories:

Theme: Blockchain and War
Blockchain may eventually touch every aspect of our societies, and the day may not be far off when we utilize this burgeoning tech for war. In this contest you will be writing a two sentence story based in the theme of blockchain and war.
Post your 2 sentence short story in the comments of this post where I can keep an eye on it. You may write as many as you wish but make them separate comments.
At the end of the post payout window, I'll pick three winning stories, and their authors will receive 5 Steem each.

The deafening roar of the cannon as it fired right next to his head rattled his helmet, but it did nothing to assuage the terror now racing through him. The enemy had managed to crack their blockchain; not only were they spoofing false enemy positions on his HUD, but his tank platoon was now engaging each other.
