Mining 'black gold' in a tree #Part 1

in story •  7 years ago

The term mine is to inject / inoculate a natural bacterial liquid into a tree trunk to trigger the formation of a hardwood clump called Agarwood.

The selling price for super-class agarwood can penetrate hundreds of millions / kilogram or can also be sold in the form of oil agarwood extraction.

We made observations especially in the areas of East Aceh and North Aceh. There are about a thousand tree-producing trees in five different locations with diverse tree ages.

I found a tree that grows over 70 years. Its diameter does not reach the hug by an adult, as in the photo.

I think the story project mining 'black gold' I have to write in some parts. Ranging from the offer of cooperation with private parties and universities from Malaysia to exploit the business potential of gaharu trees in Aceh.
