Right, and with the last of the apologies for being late (you'll get what you're given, to quote the excellent Blistering Tongues album), here is the next installation of StoryTime.
Definitely not my favourite recording of me. I think there's a dozen moments in there where you can kinda tell why I haven't put anything out in a while.... I've done a half dozen recordings of this chapter and either I'm too far away from the camera and you can't hear me, or I stumble over too many words and lose the flow or I look up one time too many and just hate my face too much to be bothered dealing with it on a screen. It's all a bit meh.
Sorry for the total crapness of most of the second half. Next chapter's pretty full -on and I feel like I completely failed to set that up in my delivery. Ah well. Enough rambling.
Eurgh, and spot the moment Mam was hovering outside my door, decided not to come in, but made enough creepy 'hovering outside door just behind me' noises to startle me. Ffs.
Ah well, the show must go on, I guess.
