Today i realized two things.
- When the barber cuts your skin near the sideburns its burns Badum tss
- The music DO help you to get focus
See, i have like 3 months going to a gym near my house and everyday i go with my headphones blasting my music because the music that the gym manager plays its kinda... sh*#@y.
But today i wash in a little rush so i grabbed all my stuff and toss it into the backpack, all good, when i arrive the gym the first thing i do is get my headphones so i can start with some "pump" (that until today i thought it was a fake pump).
I grab my Ipod and look for the headphones, they weren't there, i enter in a tiny panic attack and then accept my fate, i have a long two and a half hour routine with Bad Bunny and Maluma of Backing Track.
I really don't like that type of music and i felt i little weird and noticed that my focus doing the excercises went straight to floor (i almost let a barbell fell of my hands).
But
Sidenote: Its my case, a lot of people doesn't even care for the music in the gym or any place.
But well, i just wanted to tell you a little history (and includes music soooo... its a good excuse)
