In recent years YouTube has been flooded with "Strange Sounds World Wide" and "Shofar Sounds in Israel" videos. The videos have unexplained trumpet sounds coming from an unknown source.


This video was recorded in 2015 in Israel:



This one is from 2012 and has recordings from worldwide locations. "Strange sounds" start at the 0.30s mark:
