Since strawberry are on sale I made some muffins from them.But personally I feel that they are not looking yummy as they are too pale.I should have added more red color.
I just choopped the fresh strawberry and add them to my cake mixture.
As you can see I use three different bowls.One bowl was the softened butter and white sugar while another bowl is the egg white which I beat till soft peaks appear.And lastly the other bowl was for dry ingredients which consist of cake flour .
Not my best output but it does taste good.
