Strawberry Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
4 eggs

1 cup of granulated sugar

1 cup of flour

1 packet of baking powder

1 packet of vanilla

1 cup of milk

1 cup of strawberry puree

1 cup of sliced strawberries

2 cups of cream

1 cup of powdered sugar

Preparation:
Prepare the Sponge Cake: Beat the eggs and granulated sugar with a mixer. Add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla, and mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes.

Prepare the Cream: Beat the cream and powdered sugar with a mixer. Add the strawberry puree and mix well.

Cut the Sponge Cake: Once the sponge cake has cooled, cut it in half horizontally.

Create Layers: Place the first layer on a serving plate, spread strawberry puree on top, and add sliced strawberries. Spread a layer of cream on top. Place the second layer on top and repeat the process.

Decoration: Cover the top and sides of the cake with cream. Decorate with sliced strawberries.

Serving:
Let the cake rest in the refrigerator for a few hours before slicing and serving.
