Even I have faced the same problem mate. Thanks for trying to propose my post. I have no clue about the error how to deal with it. Guideline says different and here it acts different. voted and resteemed your post...

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism

    Thanks Panknil ... Now this is what is happening while I tried to propose a post less than 1 minute old.
