Here we go..i will start with this fruit stand on the wheel..you will see mixed fruits here..a tropical fruits like the ff;
✔Papaya- a tropical fruit here in the philippines ,good for digestion and good for the skin.papayas are excellent source of vitamin C, one medium papaya has approximately ; 120 calories, 30grams of carbohydrates; including 5 grams of fiber, and 18grams of sugar.😊
🍍Pineapple("pinya")- one of my favorite fruit😊! One of the healthiest fruit of all times! Is also source of important vitamins and minerals., including thiamin, riboflavin, folate, vitamin B-6, pantothenic acid,magnesium, manganese, potassium and many more! You see!!?? Wow amazing! 🍉 And the last is Water melon"(pakwan")- its also a tropical fruit..and if you are thirsty , eat some of this fruit and you thirst will be ease.😊 this fruit has a wealth of nutrients,vitamins and minerals too..including potassium, copper,calcium,magnesium, vitamin C, beta carotene,thiamin,vitamin B-6 and folate, and bromelain , as well as soluble and insoluble fiber.😊
