When Cattle Take Over the Road

This is not so much about the beauty of the pictures but a statement to the powers that be.

Cattle rearing is supposed to be done in ranches not nomadic on the streets of our cities. It is sad when humans and vehicles have to wait for cows to pass before venturing to move.
