I enjoy looking up at this building every time I go past. I always think it would look pretty impressive cleaned up.

Even just a half decent pressure wash would do wonders...although given how caked on the layers of smog and god knows what else are on it over so many decades, even that might be a challenge.
Still an amazing heritage building though.
