This was a street scene in Japan! There were always walkers and wanderers! You don't see this in my city because winter is too cold; and everyone is in their cars trying to get to where they are going fast. However, you will see walkers and wanderers if you go downtown Detroit. The city is set up for it, and plenty of workers must walk to their work place.
