Amazing capture! It's great to see that art pieces, much like this is, is so well kept. Even though it's 28 years old, it looks like it was just painted. When I go back to LA, I'll be sure to visit this place!

I do think it's been redone based on some older photos I found. But still! Definitely check it out :)
