The maiden's tower is a symbol of the city. One of the legends says that the shah decided to extradite his daughter for a man she did not love. Trying to save herself from such a fate and discourage her father, the girl asked the Shah to build a tower and wait until the construction is completed. By the time the construction was completed, the shah had not changed his mind and then the girl climbed the tower and from there rushed to the sea.
