All Chapters in U.A.E came to join with their family , to learn some knowledge about how to be fit and healthy.

We also conduct a (Palarong Pinoy ) in english Philippine Sports like( Tag of War , Bingo , lemburak )

Tag of war which is you need to have a set of player A & B then we have 4 teams wich divided equally. The more stregth the more the chance to win .

Bingo its a kind of game need a bottle and a card insde the bottle it has number 1 to 75 small piece that can shuffle insde the bottle and the card also we called it Bingo Cards which has number 1 to 75 also but its a random number per card . You need to be active and listen carefully to he/she who will take a number on the bottle.

Lemborak the game that you need a good flexibility . The rope will start on higher to lower and you need to do is to pass the rope without body contact or passing the rope without touching any part of your body .. the last man/woman standing is the winner , but normally woman is always win in this kind of game . We change a bit of the game which is one by one , we make it set A & B also to enhance also the unity of the group .

Of course after the game we are get tired of playing so we need to eat . Per Chapter's Bring their cultural food or also called famous food in their city in the Philippines.
