Some ways to get rid of anxiety

People have different kinds of thinking about living their life. Single people can live alone in a single thought. Actually thinking is very deadly jeans. Thinking of a person's life expectancy decreased. Human life is not normal. Just can not eat Be completely changed. There is no smile on the face. If you think more people can stroke. Hello there! well yes I've been trying to get rid of anxiety and definetly friends and technology may help, breathing and walking can help too but staying busy has to be tool number 1, because the amount of energy your brain and body are producing will be actually good for something rather than eating your brains.
