Um I just eat sauerkraut and yogurt. Unless you're the elderly or have legitimate gastrointestinal problems probiotic supplements are redundant and unnecessary. PREbiotics are really what most healthy people should be consuming. Prebiotics are food for Probiotics. Fiber is the most prominent PREbiotic.
