"It's not stress that kills us, it is our reaction to it." Hans Selye
Stress is an aspect of life that is normal. Many occurrences that occur to you and your surroundings - and many things you do yourself - places your body under stress. From your environment, your body, and your thoughts, you can experience good or bad stress.
Here are some signs of stress :
• Headaches
• Sleeping problems
• Weight gain or loss
• Increase in or loss of appetite
• Cold and sweaty palms
• Low energy
• Chest pain and fast heartbeat.
Someone once told me it’s 20% what happens to us and 80% how we react to it .
