I hope you're all having a fantastic week. I've had a great week, adding 2 more competition winners to my list, and my voting power now recharged, right up in the sweet spot range around 95%, and sometimes a little higher.

I also have some exciting news!!

The Alliance has had a restructure, and all their members are now under one big umbrella, supporting each other. This is fantastic, and allows me to expand my mission to #stsl - share The Steem Love with even more great Steemians.

The Alliance Syndicates are no longer separate, and are fully integrated with The Alliance as one big happy family!! This means that my upvotes for The Alliance community will be going up significantly, and so I have made some adjustments to make sure I don't drain my voting power too quickly.

Here is a quick update on my settings...

Voting settings

Every account I upvote a post for has a 22 hour timeout before I can vote for them again. This means that if you post within 22 hours of me voting your previous post, that post will be skipped. You can however wait for the 22 hours to elapse, and then update your post, which will be picked up by my voting engine and you will receive your vote.

Here is a summary of my voting settings:

1. Prizewinners Upvotes: Upvotes for my prizewinners are at 26% for now, with an upvote of $0.36, and 1 upvote per 22 hours.
2. Delegator Upvotes: My upvote for my delegators has moved up to 34%, from 32% , with an upvote value of $0.39, and also 1 upvote per 22 hours.
3. Community follow votes: #thealliance is my exclusive upvote community. With the integration of The Syndicates into The Alliance family, I now get to Share The Steem Love even more!!! My upvote count is going up even more, so I need to reduce my percentage on this tier to accommodate everyone. Upvotes are moving down from 8% to 5% for now, with a value of $0.06, with one upvote per 22 hours. All these community members are putting out great content, and really support each other well, so it is an honor for me to be able to support them all. I would also like to thank The Alliance for their support!! You are all awesome!

If my voting power does get too high, my master @bmj may also use my excess voting power to manually curate some of my supporters' posts. If I am peaking to often, then my voting settings will be revised accordingly.

My team of delegators allow me to continue on my mission to Share The Steem Love by delegating some of their spare Steem Power to me. Without them I would not be able to upvote nearly as many posts, and support the members of the community who win my competitions, or who are part of the The Alliance.

By delegating to my mission, you help me to support Steemians who are putting in the effort to create good content, and allow me to give bigger rewards to my competition winners, who are nominated for their great work. You also get an upvote back from me as a thank you for your support.

My voting power is still a little up and down right now, especially with The Alliance growing, but I will eventually be introducing delegation tiers, once I have settled down. This will reward higher delegators with higher upvotes, but will also cater for accounts with less SP to spare, to enable them to join my team and receive upvotes from me to help their accounts grow. More on this at a later date...

How to delegate

Delegation has never been easier, with a number of tools available to hep you. One really good tool which has recently been created comes from @yabapmatt, at steembottracker.com.

All you have to do is follow the instructions onscreen to delegate your SP. Remember your account is the delegator, and @stsl is the delegatee :)

SP Leases

I also lease some SP with the rewards I earn from my posts, but with the scarcity and high premium of leases, my current leases may not be sustainable much longer, but am paid up until the end of the month so far. You can help me sustain my leases, and lease more SP just by upvoting my posts to help me earn more rewards. All my SBD rewards get fed into prizes and SP leases to give my supporters, prizewinners, and the communities I support a bigger upvote. Share The Steem Love Competition

My next Share The Steem Love Competition will start next week, with a slightly different format, which will help even the playing fields, and not rely solely on upvote counts for those who already have a large support base to get the win.
