Hello everyone!!

After a few hiccups early in the week, with my engine not getting a good continuous feed from the Steem nodes I use, I'm glad to say that things have been running very smoothly for a few days, and my vote count is right back up where it should be.

With my voting count shooting back up to over 100, my voting power has started to drain too quickly at my current settings, and is now below 90%. My target range is between 92 and 97%, so a few tweaks are needed to help me get back there.

My Voting settings

My Voting power has drained a bit too far down, and is sitting around the 86-88% mark. That is too low, and so I am making an adjustment on some of my tiers to help me recharge. I'll just make a small change for now and see how we go before making any more adjustments.

The price of Steem has gone up nicely, and so my upvote values across my tiers have increased, which is awesome!!!

Here is a snapshot of my settings:

My voting settings will only vote for one new post per account, per 22 hours. That means I will only vote for your post if it is created or edited 22 hours after my upvote for you previous post.

Current Voting Settings:

1. Prizewinners Upvotes: Winners of my #stsl competitions win upvotes from me for 60 days. These upvotes are are staying at 27% and an upvote value of $0.22 (was $0.15 this time last week), and 1 upvote per 22 hours.
2. Delegator Upvotes: These are the awesome members, and supporters of Team #STSL, who delegate their Steem Power to me, and help me on my mission to share The Steem Love. My upvote for my delegators is staying at 38%, with an upvote value of $0.31 (up $0.09 from last week), and also 1 upvote per 22 hours.
3. #thealliance Community follow votes: My upvotes for members of #thealliance are moving down form 7% to 6% for now, with a value of $0.05 (up $0.01 from this time last week), with one upvote per 22 hours.
4. Exclusive #thealliance Members 50 SP Delegators Tier: Members of #thealliance who delegate 50 SP to my mission now get an upvote of 12%, currently valued at $0.10 (up $0.02 from last week), with one upvote per 22 hours. #thealliance is committed good quality content, and engaging positively with their communities. They are a fantastic family right here on Steem.

If I hit a quiet patch, and my voting power recharges too high, @bmj will drop a few upvotes here and there on members of my voting tiers, and my supporters to help keep my voting power down.

How do you join Team #STSL?

If you would like to help me on my mission to Share The Steem Love, all you need to do is delegate some of your SP, if you have some to spare. At the moment a delegation of 150 SP is the minimum. This enables me to Share the Steem Love to many community members, without devaluing my upvotes to my prizewinners and team of delegators.

In return for your delegation, you not only help me on my mission, but you also get an upvote from me once a day on your post, currently worth $0.21. That's a pretty good return for 150 SP delegation. You also help me with my mission to Share The Steem Love even further!

How to delegate

steembottracker.com is a very useful tool for this. This one lists all your delegations, and allows you to manage them quite easily.

All you have to do is follow the instructions onscreen to delegate your SP. Remember your account is the delegator, and @stsl is the delegatee :)
