Use the computer next to Smart TV as a plex app

I have a computer in my library at home and a main computer.
We left a computer next to the living room TV, and accessed the download folder of SeoJaeCom and played the video on the TV.

I was able to implement this function in the same way using an app called kodi of Xbox connected with TV.

I found out that there is an app that can act as an Xbox Coordinate and that I have found a plex.

The TV's dlna function can be used for similar purposes, but it does not support subtitles.

It is very convenient because you can easily operate with TV remote control without connecting other devices with TV.

The problem is that encoding should not be done and "direct play" should be set to "direct play" so that the quality of playback image is improved without giving any load to PC
The first installation may be a situation where encoding is performed according to the environment.
I have tried plex once in the past because of this advantage, but have deleted it immediately.

In my case, I was able to maximize the playback bandwidth, set the playback method to direct play, and change the subtitles from smi to srt.
