MAKE A SCHEDULE
for difficult subjects, you should give yourself more time to study or do homework.However, you also need to make time for recreation and social activities; they are as important as getting a high grade.
START STUDYING FOR SHORT PERIODS AND GRADUALLY MAKE THEM LONGER
start studying for 10-15 minutes.Then add on 5 minutes each time until you can study for at least an hour.If you are no longer able to concentrate or remember what you have read, stop. Do not waste valuable time

TAKE BREAKS
you have to take breaks when studying.Do not overdo it.Study small pieces of material, take a break and then study some more.You will retain more information when you learn it bit by bit.
