as much as i could and i have some new ideas it could work. But every day is a new day and so many new people you notice the new bars hangouts and restaurants that pop up are not hotdog joints more like fruit and taco stands and you will see they find ways that are very creative like a mini van selling vegges on the side of the road the best one was a guy wearing a overcoat with 50 watches of all sorts lol that was interesting some just put up the bbq and sell tacos some might even sell beer how can you drink in this heat ... me i just pass out :))) not sure thats okay but sure smells nice and theryr big on guacamole i guess a little touch of latino culture cant bother much...

yeah thats not gonna happen seems they avoid bad pub at any cost and that's the main MO even down town its really not normal i think they don't have enough resources(lawyers/police/judges/prisons etc) to handle crowds any more.
