1. Matching footwear with clothes:

It is important to balance colors of your outfit but it must be done carefully. It is not recommended to wear clothes with the same color as your footwear. Instead, it should be adjusted with hues and shades of the ambiance - try to pair them up with the color palette.

2. Cuffing jeans to weird length:

Try to pick a tapered fit jeans or trouser. It should be skimming your footwear and when you prefer to fold the bottoms then always try to have small or even thicker folds. Maximum up to 2 inches is just fine, above that it looks weird. Never try to expose your angles unnecessarily.

It is definitely okay to be careful enough while making a selection for ties on shirts. It's good to pick solid one if you are wearing printed shirt.
