Yes @tam-lin this is great advice ! I sure hope that he reads his comments here as it does seem a shame that he is making the same mistake as me when i first arrived ! This guy must have a a ton of content already to post here in steemit, but to post it all so quickly without first promoting your account with a few introductory posts first seems like a waste as it just goes into the dead zone without first a following ! Then he will find it hard to repost this work as it is already placed on the blockchain with little or no purpose, rewards wise that is ! He really needs to get across to the community who he is and build it up nice and slow at first ! I have resteemed this post and promoted him in a few good channels on discord that will I am sure love his work ! The last thing we need is a guy like this to go back to Youtube and tell his 200,000 plus followers that he tried Steemit and he got nothing really ! So lets stand by him and get him on his feet eh ?? This guy is awesome and its a big day to get him here with us )) So come on @styxhexenhammer, read our comments and give us your questions and we can all help you get your posting strategy on target here in Steemit !!

One word of warning RE: D.Tube. Some people in the #informationwar discord server were noticing some of their older D.Tube videos no longer worked.
So it is good you are also using bitchute. These things are in their infancy so still have some kinks to work out, but it is good you are here.

I do not have a clue who you are, what your interest are, or what your youtube channel was ever about. Not everyone on steemit were fans of youtube or facebook. If you want you audience to grow on steemit, provide a little background. If you are a live streamer check out d-live. Just pulling your content from you tube and posting it here on steemit could have adverse actions, so make sure you indicate that the work is yours and link your accounts, this will avoid @cheetah bot flags for plagiarism, and wasting the time of #steemcleaners doing a follow-up.
In closing if you are happy with only your same old fan base and do not want to grow then not letting new users to steemit know what you are about is a good way have a stagnant fan base. If you need help there are a lot of places to get it, you just have to look. Or if I can help I will try.
