Welcome to #SublimeSunday , a tag presenting you with the unique opportunity to post something a bit different, wacky, crazy or just whatever takes your fancy and instigated by me @c0ff33a ☕️

First up though is a #beautifulsunday (hosted by @ace108) photo with a #funkyedit (hosted by @krazypoet) with Saturation to the Max.

It looks lovely doesn't it, but don't be fooled this brief canal side walk caught the few moments of sun while the wind blew one set of dark clouds out, and then more back in again. It's been a week of rain then sun, sun then rain.

Anyway, on my walk along the canal bank I did manage to find a few flowers - these were way up high though, so I had to hold my phone high in the air on tip toes and hope I was taking a photo of them.

These gents had the right idea, a relaxing boat ride on the Canal.

Many of these flowers around, with quite a striking colour.

Onwards we head, down the relatively quiet canal path.

These old mill buildings on occasion get redeveloped, but it looks like this one will sadly fall into ruin.

It's certainly a peaceful walk, strolling beside the the calm water.

Pale pink flowers too, I do like these ones.

And a #funkyedits to finish, a monument in a park I visited recently - looks good with this effect.
