I am on the last days of a Workshop/Retreat.
My blog featured a weeklong of simple and delicious meals served in this house.
It is an essay and a statement that meals do not have to be lavish to be healthy and enjoyable

Green Salad
Tortilla Chips
A very wonderfully satisfying lunch!
DINNER
Roasted Pork Loin with Rosemary inTangy Sauce
Sauteed Chard
Mixed Vegetable Slaw with Almonds
Boiled Yam
Sweet Pies for dessert
California Red Wine
A sublime dinner!

...and I really mean that! Your posts exhibit BALANCE in every area of your life, Sadie🥈🥇🥈Savers! Spiritually, Physically, Monetarily, and so forth. I do get some of these 'vibes' from DM's but it all ties together.
As for these excellent foodie posts, it has inspired me to do more at home for 'the boi and me' (sonny boi LOL) and eat less junk food garbage. We have improved but still need to do better! I should fire up the crock pot soon... 😲😲😲

So much delicious food, I’m going to try and imagine my poached egg on toast is a bit more exciting lol. Those Soho print disposable coffee cups are still around? I’m amazed - I sold them over 10 years ago but slowly demand waned - everything I am selling is biodegradable and compostable nowadays. !COFFEEA

Hehehe, yed they are. There was a shortage of foodservice individuals during this period of our workshop. It s no the usual, but we were using disposables and not china during meal service.
