I hate writing subtitles. Anyone has some advice? [Just opinions - No teaching]

Hi, It's Matteo here,
I'm trying in a pretty slow and annoying way to write subtitles for The Last Story videos, and also synchronized them with the audio and music.
It's really stressfull, I'm like spending 3 hours for Synchronize 20 minutes of video.
I use SRT files and Vegas Pro 16 to select the exact frame and bind the text.
Do you know any better way to create subtitles, maybe more fast, but with the same quality as writing frame by frame?
But I sincerely think that it's pretty difficult to find some program that do this kind of things.
But if anyone has some advice, or program, or else, may you tell me something about that?
