It's no fun to lose. When you are on a team, people are depending on you to pull your weight and help them out. Try focusing on these to help your team be more successful.

1.Stay calm! Don't worry about what other people will think about your decision making. Just do your best and don't freak out. In Counter-Strike when my friend is last alive, he can't handle it and shoots everywhere because he is so afraid of letting the team down. This is not the way to go, I'd rather him try his best and lose than just give up.

2.COMMUNICATE-It doesn't matter what you're saying, it matters what your teammates think you're saying. Get to know your teammates and how they'll react to different things. When my friends and I communicate we use sayings and lingo that no one else would understand. I'm not saying go make up another language but once you get to know your team, you'll start to understand them more.

3.Commitment-Stick with your teammates. If they aren't doing exactly what you want them to or aren't performing well, don't give up on them. Instead, try to help them out. In another game, PUBG, my buddy wasn't having the best time but we stuck with it and eventually, after a couple of terrible rounds, we pulled through and won.

In conclusion, keep a clear head, help your teammates understand what you're saying, and don't give up on your teammates right away. You have to help them to help you.
