I know I haven't been posting much lately. I have been going nuts working on a lot of things, and trying to fit a lot into my days.
So much so, that I had been sleeping 6 to 6.5 hours each night, and for the most part, functioning quite well.
I recently connected with a coach who told me so much about my personality, it was like she knew me better than I knew myself.
She then went on to tell me that I am a Phlegmatic/Melancholic personality that is low energy, which means I need to get 8 hours sleep, and I may think I getting away with giving my body less sleep, but over time, if I keep it up, I could do myself a real disservice, in the way of having a nervous breakdown and maybe even becoming psychotic!
Obviously, I don't want to go down that road.
The thing I want to get across here, is that it's really important to get to know your personality type.
Once we figure out our personality, we begin to see patterns in our life and we can stop bad things before they happen.
Take some time to do a personality test to see what kind of personality you are, and how to best manage yourself.
You'll get more out of your days and life!
