Act in small steps. Do not try to change yourself in one fell swoop. Achieve small victories, but regularly.
Place stimulators in your field of vision.
The benefit will be even from such simple things as a poster with James Bond (a model of a strong-willed person) or a gold hundred Forbes (Russian Forbes publishes a list of Russian billionaires on a separate carton). They will give you the right context.
Act without delay.
If you woke up early and climbed into the computer to select music for morning exercises, do not hesitate too long. Instead of charging, you can get stuck in facebook for forty minutes.Find a way to structure yourself.
Think about how to get yourself to get up early. Recording to a workout in a fitness club or a promise to ride in the mornings on a bicycle in the park will only help for a while. Sooner or later you will find the reason for absenteeism. Find an occupation that puts you in dependence on other people. Something that you can not neglect.
